"I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips." Psalms 34:1

"Extol" is not a word we use much these days, but think about the dignity and loftiness it implies. When David wrote this, he used the Hebrew word BARAK, implying "to kneel, as in adoration."True worship always has physical implications.
