Pastor Bomey talks about heaven and eternal life. God made us so we are unsatisfied with everything of this Earth. We must stop making everything of this Earth and just look forward Heaven. We need not look forward to dying but we shouldn't be afraid of it either for when it happens we will go home to Jesus.

Pastor Bomey talks about God's love. No matter who it is, God loves that person even if we don't like them, they are atheist, or even if they are Ohio State fans. Pastor talks about the Greek levels of love: eros, philia, and agape. God loves us no matter what we do; His love is unconditional. We discuss how love is an action, and is defined for us in 1 Corinthians 13. Agape (unconditional) love has nothing to do with our feelings on the matter. Love is a choice.

Luke 5:1-6
One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, with the people crowding around him and listening to the word of God, he saw at the water's edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. He
got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to
put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people
from the boat.
When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, "Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch."
Simon
answered, "Master, we've worked hard all night and haven't caught
anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets."
When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.
The Dead Sea Scrolls were written in Hebrew and Aramaic. They are some of the oldest documents we have and they confirm the validity of the scriptures. The Bible was recorded by several men of all walks of life over hundreds of years. It all comes together as the inspired Word of God. We encourage you to meet the author.
Who are we that God should want to spend time with us?
Have you read the whole Bible? It is a mistake to assume we can decide what parts we should not read.

Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day,
so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words
of this law. They are not
just idle words for you—they are your life. By them you will live long
in the land you are crossing the Jordan to possess.
