Ladies Connect with One Another Event
All ladies are invited to the Monday, June 16 Women’s Fellowship gathering at 7 PM in the Conference Room. This is an informal time of caring, sharing, fun, food, and fellowship. It will also include a simple craft led by Felicia Rodriguez, and a walk to the Dairy Queen for ice cream. Rain-out plans are also in place if need be. INVITE A FRIEND! Pedaling & Praise
John LeBlanc and Sayre Nesmith are biking to Charlevoix, Michigan this July. They are seeking per-mile sponsors for the miles they can cover during the first 48 hours of their journey (8:00 AM July 3 - 8:00 AM July 5). All money raised will go toward the Youth Group's trip to National Fine Arts Festival in Charlotte, NC. For more information, or to make a pledge, please see Sayre or John. VBS This Month
Vacation Bible School, M--W, June 23-25 from 9:30 -11:30 AM this year is at Washtenaw Christian Academy. We’re cooperating with 3 other churches for this year’s community VBS. The theme is Mega-Sports Camp (soccer, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, baseball, gymnastics, & track) and it’s for all genders ages K-6th grade. Cost = $5/child, $15 /family. If you’d like to volunteer to serve at his year’s community VBS please fill-out a form in the foyer and give it to Pastor Bomey or to Jeanne Sazyc. There is a meeting for all volunteers on June 22 from 6-7 PM at Washtenaw Christian Academy. Call Jeanne Sazyc for details at 717-9489. Cedar Point Trip Planned
The youth are planning a trip to Cedar Point on Tuesday, July 1st. The cost of the trip will be $40 per person and includes the cost of gas. Please give money to either Pastor Mike or Kyle Lady by no later than Sunday, June 22nd. Friends are welcome to join us as well! No Evening Service TONIGHT
