Phil McIntire will be leading the praise time. Craft Night ComingSign-up now to reserve a table at the Mercy Grounds Coffee shop-sponsored craft night set for May 31 from 2-11 PM. Cost is $10/table. Food, drink, tables, extension cords, and fellowship will all be provided. Invite a friend to participate. Sewing, scrapbooking, painting, knitting, crafts, beading, etc. See Felicia Rodriguez for more information.New Members ClassPastor Bomey will be teaching a new members class during the Sunday school hour (9:30-10:30 AM) on June 1 and 8 for anyone desiring to become an official voting member of the church. Sign-up in the foyer to indicate your interest. This class can be waived if you are transferring from another A/G church.VBS coming in JuneVacation Bible School, M--W, June 23-25 from 9:30 -11:30 AM this year is at Washtenaw Christian Academy. We’re cooperating with 3 other churches for this year’s community VBS. The theme is Mega-Sports Camp (soccer, volleyball, basketball, cheerleading, baseball, gymnastics, & track) and it’s for all genders ages K-6th grade. Cost = $5/child, $15 /family. Volunteers needed. See Jeanne Sazyc for details. (Also see reverse page).VBS Volunteer NeedsOur community VBS needs adults with experience teaching sports skills for the camp (see inside bulletin for more information), in addition we need teen assistant coaches, and a nurse who will volunteer 2 hours one morning to monitor activities. Also, let us know if you have a testimony of praise to God for a past VBS experience we could place into a video ad for the camp.Ladies EventAll the women of the church zare invited to the Monday, June 16 Women’s Fellowship event at 6 PM in the Conference Room. Fellowship a simple craft led by Felicia Rodriguez, prayer and a walk to get some good treat at Dairy Queen are all planned. We will drive to My Favorite Café instead of DQ if it rains.
