About Us

Our Beliefs

We Believe...

  • The Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God.
  • There is one God, eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
  • In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years.
  • The blessed hope, the rapture of the Church at Christ's coming.
  • The only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ.
  • Regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
  • The redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayer.
  • In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
  • The baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4 is given to believers who ask for it.
  • In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, the one to everlasting life and the other to everlasting damnation.

You can obtain more and detailed information from us on any of our beliefs by contacting the church office.

Our Vision

That They May Know
That They May Grow
That They May Go!

  • We have a vision to see the lost saved, across the street and across the sea, and to see the saved baptized in the Holy Spirit.
  • We have a vision to provide a full gospel environment in which one can freely worship the Lord Jesus Christ as the Spirit leads, regardless of style.
  • We have a vision to supply adults, youth, and children with a quality education in, experience of, and encounter with, the triune Godhead.
  • We have a vision to equip people for God's service and provide them avenues to engage in that service.
  • We have a vision to be Christ's hand extended to those with physical and spiritual needs in our church and in the community.
  • We have a vision to help people see the relevance of the Bible and the importance of prayer in their daily lives.
  • We have a vision to provide a safe harbor into which anyone can sail and know they will be welcome and among friends.

Pastor Kyle Wentzel

Youth Pastor

Pastor Kyle WentzelPastor Kyle accepted his first Pastoral Job as our Youth Pastor as of early August 2013. He graduated from Southeastern University with his Ministerial License and Credentials. Since then, he has brought on the vision of having a youth group set on fire, sold out and passionate for Jesus Christ. Encouraging the students to move with the Holy Spirit, there has been a revived meaning of Inverted Youth Ministry. Working alongside with “7Project” crew members as well as the faithful congregation, the vision has been set to reach out beyond the walls of the church, aiming towards High schools and other public places. He and his wife Brooke Solomon have a profound love for God and for teenagers. Believing they can be creative because they serve a God of creation, they hope to reach students in every level possible by proving the love of God. Services consist of dynamic worship, illustrated sermons, altar and prayer time, as well as a game room and gym that are freely used before and after services.

Pastor Kyle (23) and Brooke (22) recently married in September 2013.  Though Pastor Kyle is waiting to obtain his ordination, Brooke is currently working and going to school full time for Elementary Education. At the moment they have no children but have a great hunting dog, Sadie.  Both have a great deal of experience in competitive sports and the great outdoors. They host youth events monthly enjoying time invested into their students. Come join us for an amazing experience and encounter at Inverted Youth Group!

Our Hope

The A B Cs of Salvation

Knowing your sins are forgiven and you are ready for Heaven is the most important thing you can ever do with your life! It’s as simple as following these steps:

Admit

you have sinned.  “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23

Believe

in Jesus.  “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

Confess

and leave your sin behind.  “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)

So, Why Not Respond to God Right Now by Talking with Him (that’s called prayer):
Pray this simple prayer, and if you mean it with all your heart Jesus will hear you, forgive you, and save your soul from the wrath to come:

Lord Jesus, I believe you are God’s Son, and that you died in my place on the cross. Thank you for your sacrifice that paid the price of punishment for my sins. I repent of my sins by turning away from the things I have done that Jesus never would have, and I ask you to forgive me.  I receive you now as my Lord and Savior.  Please come into my heart now and help me to live for you every day. Amen.

WELCOME TO THE FAMILY OF GOD!

“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.”

--(John 1:12-13)
